Here is a list of items you are likely to find useful at MSF.
Not all items are essential but the items marked with a ¥ are most important.
Use this list as a checklist when you pack.

Please mark items with your
name, a piece of
tape, string or some distinctive mark (especially eating utensils).
If you do not have essential equipment, place an ad on the website (they're free) and someone will certainly help you out.
